Top entries get shown at the Tulsa State Fair, win prizes and could win a free stained glass class for beginners or a birthday party celebration at the Art Play Center. How It Works:

1. Log on to Facebook/Tulsa Stained Glass

2. Up to three photos are posted daily; Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 10am, noon or 4pm

3. You write a caption and post it. Others are encouraged to comments on their favorite helping judges pick winners.

4. Judges are looking for captions that encourage introspection, creativity and art.

The Details

1. Judging: Daily winners and a weekly finalist are judged at 4pm each Saturday. Judges will review comments made on daily Captions entries to assist in determining the weekly winner. Results will be posted on FB by Saturday at 6pm. Weekly finalist will be displayed at the Tulsa State Fair and top winner crowned “Caption Champ” will be award prizes Oct 9 at 2pm at the Art Play Center space, Quiktrip Building.

2. Prizes: Daily Winners: “Be Art Smart” T-shirt or $5 DIY art project from the Art Play Center. Weekly Winner: Free tuition to a Art Smart Painting Workshop or $15 DIY art project from the Art Play Center. The top winner “Caption Champ” receives a choice of free tuition for a stained glass class for beginners, Art Smart Painting Workshop from Tulsa Stained Glass or a $75 gift certificate towards a birthday party celebration at the Art Play Center. Actual Cash Value: Prize cash value is set at $1 if prize offered is not selected. Claiming Your Prize: Winner has two weeks to claim your prize in person at Tulsa Stained Glass/Art Play Center, 41st and Memorial.

3. Copyright: By accepting prizes, winners release “property rights” without further compensation to publish their “caption.”
